The Brim and Crown Shop's primary objective is to satisfy our customers and provide a unique and rewarding hat wearing experience. We will accept returns of UNWORN hats for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of your order. The hats must be unsoiled, resellable and returned in original packaging. Our hats are shipped with product and care tags, and we will not accept returns or exchanges if these tags have been removed.
If you are exchanging a hat, we will charge for shipping and handling of the replacement hat.

Hats returned for credit will be refunded the cost of the merchandise amount only. Shipping and Handling cost will not be refunded.
When returning hats, please indicate the reason for return or exchange i.e.: incorrect size, incorrect color etc.. Also, please indicate the size and color you require if exchanging hats.
Please provide your telephone number, order number and email address used to place the original order. This Return Policy is applicable to orders place solely on this web site.
